To be eligible, items should be returned in the condition you received them, unused and with all included parts, accessories, hardware and documentation. Items that have been used, installed, cut or altered may not be eligible unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Returns and exchanges within the 30-day window are free. We provide return instructions at no cost to you.

05How to Start a Return

• Contact us with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
• We confirm eligibility and send return instructions.
• Pack items securely with all parts and include your order number.
• Send the package as instructed.

06Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for a different size, model or option, subject to availability. If the replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

07Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete, contact us promptly with your order number and photos. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund for the affected item.

09Cancelled Orders

Orders cancelled before they are prepared for shipment are refunded in full to the original payment method. Orders that have shipped can be returned free within 30 days of delivery.

• Items not purchased from Fixnelo.
• Items that have been used, installed or altered, unless damaged or defective on arrival.

11Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund after it was confirmed, first check with your bank or card provider, then contact us and we will help trace it.
